Lose It! is killing me with missing gut health features, what else is out there?
So I've been using Lose It! for tracking my macros, but I'm starting to feel like I need something that keeps tabs on my gut health too, especially with my IBS throwing some pizza parties of its own. The food database is decent, but every time I search for gut-friendly foods, it's like trying to find a slice of gluten-free pepperoni in a regular pizzeria, good luck!
I tried Cronometer for a hot minute, but it felt more like a calorie jail than a tool. I just want an app that doesn't treat my gut issues like an afterthought, you know? Anyone got a recommendation for an app that lets you track macros and gut health without a bunch of paywalls or missing entries? This gut's gotta get its act together!
