MyFitnessPal isn't tracking my flare days well, what are my options?
So, I've been using MyFitnessPal for a while now to log my meals and keep my macros on point. But lately, with these autoimmune flare days hitting me out of nowhere, I can barely eat. It's like MFP is great when I'm in my groove but when I'm not eating much, it just feels like the app doesn't care. I mean, I get that I'm not hitting my calorie goal, but it would be nice if it recognized that these days happen, ya know?
I tried Cronometer for a bit, thinking maybe it would give me a better handle on tracking my micronutrients since I'm often eating so little. But honestly, the interface felt clunky and I just couldn't get into it. I want something that can help me manage these flare days better without jumping through hoops. Anyone else dealing with this? What apps are you using to track when you're not eating much? Got any recommendations?
