Yazio just paywalled my barcode scanner, anyone else?

TL;DR: Yazio's barcode scanner is now paywalled, any alternatives?

I've been using Yazio for tracking my meals, but recently they put the barcode scanner behind a paywall. im really frustrated because that feature was a huge time-saver for my busy schedule. I briefly tried MyFitnessPal, but their database accuracy was all over the place for my meals. Is anyone else facing this issue with Yazio, or found a good alternative that doesn't limit essential features? I need something reliable that fits into my life without all these paywalls.

facts, bro! Yazio was clutch with that scanner. I switched to MacroFactor and it just fits better for my lifestyle. The algorithm adapts to my progress, so I'm not just staring at numbers all day. Plus, for 80 bucks a year, it's been worth it for me.

You know, I think a lot of these apps are trying to squeeze every penny. But if you're serious about tracking, you might want to try Cronometer. It's not as user-friendly as MFP, but the accuracy in the data is insane. Plus, you can really get into the nitty-gritty of ur nutrient intake.

lowkey, I think I'll just stick with MFP. I mean, all these new apps sound cool but I don't wanna keep switching around. I'm used to how MFP works, even if it's annoying. Sometimes it's just easier to deal with the paywall than learn a whole new system

this! Like, I get wanting to monetize, but don't mess with the core features. I tried CalAI and it was hot trash; kept misjudging portion sizes. I just want something straightforward without all these paywalls
