Oura's sleep tracking is cool, but why can't it sync calories too?
I've been using the Oura ring for my sleep tracking, and while the insights are solid, I'm getting frustrated with how it doesn't integrate calorie tracking. I'm currently logging my food in MyFitnessPal, which does the job but feels a bit cluttered with ads and those annoying paywalls. I just want a one-stop shop for tracking both calories and sleep, ya know?
It seems like every app specializes in one thing or another, and combining the two feels like a pipe dream. I've tried Cronometer for a minute, but it didn't really vibe with me. I just want to see the correlation between my sleep quality and calorie intake, and right now I'm stuck switching between apps. Anyone else in the same boat, or found a workaround for this?
