Anyone running high-dose creatine (10g) long-term? Thoughts?
So I've been thinking about cranking up my creatine game to 10g daily. I know the classic 5g is solid, but I can't help but wonder if more is better, like pizza, right? 馃崟 Anyone out there pushing the high-dose creatine train for the long haul?
