Bulking stack must-haves: what should I really consider adding?

As a mom who's been lifting for six years, I'm diving into bulking and trying to figure out which supplements are actually worth my money. Creatine mono vs HCL? I hear both sides but I just want something effective. And should I toss in beta-alanine or stick to just protein and caffeine? Trying to keep it practical and not end up with a cabinet full of hype products. Any thoughts from those who've been there?

I think you're overthinking it, just lift heavy and eat like you mean it! Also, I tried a bunch of different supplements and honestly, my body mostly responded to pizza and protein shakes. So yeah, get those macros in check first! Don't let the supplement ads trick you into thinking you need all this extra crap

For bulking, I swear by creatine mono. I've tried HCL, but the mono version has always given me better results. Just remember to drink plenty of water and stay hydrated, especially as a busy mom! And beta-alanine is great for endurance, so if you feel like you need that extra push, go for it.

Creatine is like a magic potion, but the choice between mono and HCL is more about preference. I started with mono and got decent gains, but tried HCL and felt less bloated. Like, both work, but sometimes it feels like I'm just rolling dice. As for beta-alanine, it helps with endurance but can give you that weird tingling sensation, which is... something. I've accepted my fate as a sweaty mess at the gym, so it's all good.

Facts, creatine mono is where it's at. HCL is like the hipster version of creatine, cool, but not necessary. Plus, you're not on a budget if you're worried about a cabinet full of supplements. Stick to the basics and add in what you feel you need, like protein. But honestly, don't sleep on whole food sources either.

I've found keeping it simple works best! I usually stick with protein, creatine mono, and maybe a pre-workout with caffeine. No need to fill your cupboard with a million things. And honestly, I make a big batch of chicken and veggies on Sundays, so I can just heat it up for meals during the week. Keeps me on track while still getting my gains.
