Cordyceps for endurance, has anyone actually seen results long-term?
So, I've been lifting for a decade now, which means I've seen my fair share of trends come and go. Cordyceps is the latest one making its rounds, especially for endurance. I'm skeptical by nature, which is probably why I've spent more time in the gym than on a treadmill. Honestly, I'm at a point where I'm questioning my life choices while doing squats.
Has anyone actually tried cordyceps long-term? I've read some studies that sound impressive, but half the time I feel like I'm just falling for another fad. The claims about increased VO2 max and energy levels sound great, but I'm just not sure if they translate to real-world results or if it's just hype. If you've been on this ride, did it work for you or did you find yourself just as existentially drained as before? What brands did you try, and what dosages?
i need to know if this is worth my time or if I should just stick with my usual caffeine and creatine combo while contemplating the void.
