Tongkat Ali: Anyone actually feeling anything or is it just hype?

TL;DR: Anyone felt real effects from Tongkat Ali, or is it just hype?

So I've been hearing all this buzz about Tongkat Ali lately, like it's the secret sauce for gains. But honestly, has anyone here felt anything substantial after taking it? I tried it for a bit and felt...nothing? Am I missing something or is it just another supplement that's all bark and no bite? Lemme know your experiences, fam.

I tried Tongkat Ali for a month and honestly felt no difference in my lifts or energy. Is there something I'm missing? Like maybe I should be stacking it with something else?

I've heard mixed reviews about Tongkat Ali. Some people swear by it for libido and energy, but I think it really depends on the individual. If you're looking for something more plant-based, maca is another option.

I had a friend who swore by it, said it boosted his energy during heavy lifting days. But then again, he also drinks a ton of coffee, so who knows what really did the trick

Honestly, Tongkat Ali is like that friend who promises to show up but always leaves you hanging. I've been taking it for a while, and my only gains are in disappointment

Bro, if you're looking for real gains, stick to creatine. Tongkat Ali is like trying to make pizza without the cheese. You might feel something, but it's not gonna be what you're craving. 馃槀

Honestly, it's a lot of hype. Some studies show potential benefits, but most people just seem to get placebo effects. You want real results? Focus on your diet and training first.

Lmao, yeah, I thought Tongkat Ali was gonna be my magic potion too. But I'm still just doing my bodyweight stuff, no secret sauce needed when you can just crush it with calisthenics.
