What's a good high-protein recipe for post-gym binge that won't bankrupt me?
So, I've been using the gym as my personal therapy session (who needs a shrink, right?) and the gains are coming in hot. But, post-workout hunger hits like a freight train and I need something to munch on that won't make my wallet cry. I'm all about that high-protein, high-volume life, especially after crushing leg day or when I'm feeling existential.
I stumbled across some boring-ass chicken and rice recipes but honestly, I need something that doesn't taste like regret. Budget's tight but I'm willing to put in some effort. Ideally, it should be quick to whip up since I have the attention span of a goldfish.
I'm thinking of maybe a big ol' protein-packed omelette or something, but if you guys have other ideas, hit me with them! Would love the macros on whatever you suggest too. Just trying to balance my gains and sanity here. What are your go-to recipes?
