Is it possible to PR a 10k while cutting? Asking for my pizza-loving self!
So, I'm currently on a deficit and trying to trim down the pizza love handles, but I'm also aiming to snag a PR in my next 10k. Can I have my cake (or pizza) and eat it too? Anyone out there done this while cutting? Drop some wisdom or your personal experiences. If it's like balancing carbs and running, I'm all ears!
