Tracking water weight chaos during that time of the month?
So, I've been trying to stay on top of my calorie tracking, but when my wife and I both go through our cycles, it's like a water weight rollercoaster in our house. One minute im feeling lean, the next I'm up three pounds!
Weighing food helps, but with restaurant meals, it's a shot in the dark. Is there a way to estimate this better? Do I just need to accept that during these weeks, tracking is gonna be a mess? Anyone else feeling this chaos?
