Is creatine a must-have for total newbies, or nah?
So, i've been lifting for a bit now (like 3 years), and I see everyone raving about creatine. Like, is it really that necessary when you're just starting out? I mean, I can barely lift my pizza slices after leg day, let alone worry about supplements! Should I hop on the creatine train or just keep chowing down on my post-workout slice? Asking for my gains and my stomach.
