Is creatine a must-have for total newbies, or nah?

TL;DR: Is creatine worth it for beginners?

So, i've been lifting for a bit now (like 3 years), and I see everyone raving about creatine. Like, is it really that necessary when you're just starting out? I mean, I can barely lift my pizza slices after leg day, let alone worry about supplements! Should I hop on the creatine train or just keep chowing down on my post-workout slice? Asking for my gains and my stomach.

Facts! You don't need creatine right away. I hit my first 100 lb bench without any supplements. Just make sure you're eating enough and recovering well. Plus, pizza can be part of your recovery strategy too, as long as you balance it out! 馃崟

Bro, you really don't need to stress about creatine yet. Just focus on getting stronger and learning your body. I went a year without it, and my lifts improved just fine. I mean, creatine is great and all, but if u're still struggling with your pizza lifts, maybe just focus on the basics first. Like, if your squat is a PR of 50 lbs and u can't manage more than 5 slices, maybe stick to that for now! 馃槀
