Cronometer is great, but how do I track meals with my weird shift schedule?
As a mom with a crazy shift work schedule, I thought Cronometer would be my lifesaver for tracking calories. But I find myself frustrated with how rigid it is when I have such irregular eating windows. Some days I barely have time to eat, and other days I'm cramming in meals. I really wish it had better flexibility for logging meals that aren't on a set schedule. I tried MyFitnessPal briefly, but the ads drove me nuts. Does anyone else struggle with this? Any tips or alternative apps that work better for our chaotic lives?
