Anyone else trying to lucid dream like it's a PR?

TL;DR: Lucid dreaming feels harder than hitting a PR, any tips?

So, I've been trying to train myself to lucid dream, thinking it might be as satisfying as hitting a new 1RM. But honestly, I feel like I'm just wide awake, staring at the ceiling instead. Is there a secret I'm missing here? Maybe I need to lift heavier before bed or something?

i tried lucid dreaming for a while, but it just left me more anxious, like lifting a weight that's too heavy and expecting to bench it. maybe the key is less pressure. just relax and let it happen.

You might want to look into your sleep hygiene, like no screens before bed and a consistent sleep schedule. Also, try keeping a dream journal. Writing down your dreams can help trigger lucidity over time. Just like tracking macros, consistency is key!

Honestly, lucid dreaming sounds harder than hitting a new squat PR! I once had a lucid dream where I lifted 500 pounds and it felt so real! But when I woke up, I was just in bed, feeling like a total bro. It's a wild ride, but it takes practice

facts. just another skill issue, fam. maybe your brain is too busy thinking about tomorrow's lifts instead of dreaming. next time, try chugging a protein shake before bed. might do the trick

Keto's worked wonders for me in the gym, but my lucid dreaming was hit or miss. Some nights I'd be on point, others just tossing and turning. Maybe avoid the carbs before bed, it can keep you more awake. Sleep tight and dream heavy!
