Can I really juggle a triathlon training schedule with my full-time job and three kids?
So, here's the scoop: I've got a full-time job, three little tornadoes running around my house, and I just decided that training for a triathlon sounds like a brilliant idea! I mean, who doesn't want to add swimming, biking, and running to their already chaotic schedule? I can already hear my kids asking, 'Dad, why are you wearing spandex again?'
But seriously, between work deadlines and soccer practice, can I actually fit in training? Is it too much to expect that I can squeeze in some zone 2 runs without turning into a zombie? How do you folks make it work? im all ears for tips or war stories. Please, help this dad out before I end up in a full-body spandex suit crying into my protein shake!
