Stuck at 1800 calories, body adapted or am I miscounting?
So I've been on keto for 3 years now, and I'm currently hovering around 1800 calories daily. I've been tracking pretty meticulously with MyFitnessPal, but lately, I feel like I'm just not moving at all. I've adjusted my macros and tried switching up my meals, but no luck! Am I miscounting somehow, or has my body just adapted to this intake?
I weigh everything, and I thought I had my TDEE calculated right, but it seems like I'm hitting a plateau. I'm even considering switching to MacroFactor or Hevy to see if they give me a different perspective. But then again, maybe my body just doesn't need to drop weight anymore?
What do you guys think? Is it worth recalibrating my TDEE or should I just embrace this as my new maintenance? This has got me stressed and confused, any advice would be appreciated!
