Tracking calories after bariatric surgery is so confusing, right?
I just had bariatric surgery a few months ago and the whole tracking thing is a mess. At month 1, I was basically on liquids, then by month 3, I could eat soft foods, and now at 6 months, I'm trying to figure out how to track calories without freaking out. Anyone else in this boat? How do u stay on top of your TDEE with all these changes? It feels like a rollercoaster!
