MacroFactor's weight adaptation model is whack, anyone else feel this?
So I've been using MacroFactor to track my calories and macros, and honestly, I thought it'd be better at adapting to my weight changes. I mean, I'm not trying to stay a featherweight here, just trying to lift heavy and eat accordingly. But I swear, it keeps giving me the same targets like it's stuck in a time loop!
I tried logging my food and weights, but the algorithm seems to think I'm still 10 pounds lighter than I am. Like, bro, I didn't just magically lose weight while benching! Anyone else having this issue? Is it just me or is this app just way too optimistic?
Also, can we talk about how often it crashes when I try to log my workouts? I tried using Lose It! for a bit, but that one felt like it was on life support.
Help a powerlifter out here. What's the deal with this app?
