MyFitnessPal is a mess with the HR zones, any recommendations for calorie trackers that use them?
I've been using MyFitnessPal for a while, but I'm really frustrated with their accuracy regarding heart rate zones. As a calisthenics trainer, I rely on precise data to optimize my workouts and monitor recovery. Lately, the app seems to misinterpret my HR data, especially during high-intensity sessions, which throws off my calorie estimates. It feels like I'm paying for a premium service, but I'm not getting the value I expected.
I tried out Cronometer briefly, but it didn't sync well with my Apple Watch, and the user interface felt clunky. Is there a calorie tracker out there that accurately reflects heart rate zones and integrates well with wearables? I need something reliable that won't have me guessing if I'm in fat burn or cardio mode. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
