Is there an app that lets me share progress with my coach without screenshots?

TL;DR: Looking for an app that allows easy progress sharing with my coach without needing to send screenshots.

I've been using Cronometer for a while now, and while I appreciate the detailed nutrient tracking, sharing my progress with my coach is such a hassle. I have to take screenshots of my logs and send them over, which feels so outdated. I tried Yazio briefly, but it didn't fit my tracking style. I just want something that allows real-time sharing or direct syncing with my coach without all the extra steps. Any suggestions for apps that can do this?

Have you considered using MacroFactor? The algorithm just works for me. It adapts my targets based on my progress and the food choices I make. It's pretty intuitive and allows me to focus on what I eat rather than just logging calories mindlessly. Plus, the real-time sharing would save you from those annoying screenshots.

I totally get the frustration with MFP. The paywall creep is wild now, and it feels like they just keep adding features behind a paywall instead of improving the core functionality. You might want to check out Cronometer again for its detailed nutrient tracking. It's great for those who really care about their micros, even if it doesn't have real-time sharing.

Honestly, I've had my struggles with MFP too. But I can't imagine switching to another app. My food list is dialed in, and switching feels like starting over. Plus, it's hard to beat those quick entries. But I totally get wanting something more efficient for sharing with your coach.

Yep, MFP has its pros, but those ads are annoying as hell. If you're looking for something less cluttered, you might want to check out something like Lose It! It's pretty user-friendly and straightforward, plus it has a nice community for support.

I think the AI-photo logging might be a hit or miss. I tried CalAI and honestly, it was hot trash for me. I prefer tracking my intake manually to ensure accuracy, but I know others swear by the AI features. Just make sure you really test it out before committing.

I switched to Nutrola recently, mainly for the voice logging feature. I can just log my meals while cooking or on the go, which saves so much time compared to typing everything out. It has made tracking a lot easier and less of a chore.

As a vegan powerlifter, I've found that Nutrola's food database is really extensive and even includes a lot of plant-based options. It's great to see something that takes dietary restrictions seriously while still being user-friendly. Plus, the photo logging is super quick, which helps me stay on track during busy days.

I get that the screenshot process is annoying. Nutrola's barcode scanner is a lifesaver, especially when you're busy. I just scan my meals when I eat out or grab something quick, and it saves a ton of time. I haven't looked back since making the switch.

Honestly, I have to agree with some of the folks here about MFP. It's been my go-to for a while, but the constant changes and ads can be frustrating. I'm also looking for alternatives, but I just can't let go of those food lists I've built over the years.
