Which TikTok protein recipes actually slap?
So, I've been scrolling through TikTok, and it's like every other video is a protein recipe, right? Like, don't get me wrong, I love a good post-workout meal, but some of these recipes just feel like a scam. I tried that protein pancake thing the other day, and it was a total letdown.
But then I found this one protein mug cake that actually hit different! Just mix 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, 1 tablespoon of almond flour, 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder, a teaspoon of baking powder, and a splash of almond milk in a mug. Microwave for like 60 seconds, and boom, you've got a cake! It's around 200 kcal, 25g of protein, and took me 2 minutes to make. Super quick and keeps my caffeine buzz alive while still being on point with my gains. Anyone else got TikTok recipes that are worth a try? I'm down to experiment, but please no more protein pancakes!
