Looking for a high-protein blender muffin recipe, aiming for 40g protein per muffin. Anyone have ideas?
I've been trying to incorporate more protein into my post-workout meals, and I thought blender muffins could be a great option. The idea is simple: throw everything in a blender, hit start, and get muffins that are both delicious and packed with macros.
I'm aiming for around 40g of protein per muffin, which feels a bit ambitious. I've looked into various recipes, but a lot of them don't hit that mark without being super high in calories or sacrificing taste. Ideally, I'd like a recipe that keeps the calories around 200-250 per muffin. I know about using protein powder, oats, and maybe some Greek yogurt for that extra boost, but I'm not sure about the right ratios.
Does anyone have a tried-and-true recipe that meets these criteria? Also, if you have any tips on how to keep them moist without adding too much fat or sugar, that would be awesome. I want these to not only be nutritious but enjoyable to eat as well. Looking forward to hearing your suggestions!
