Any fun overnight oats variations that won't get boring?

TL;DR: Looking for exciting overnight oats recipes that are high-protein and won't get boring.

I've been trying to stick to overnight oats for breakfast lately, but I'm honestly getting kinda bored of the same old flavors! I love that they're easy and nutritious, but I need some inspo to switch things up.

So far, I've tried classic peanut butter banana and apple cinnamon, but I feel like I'm missing out on so many delicious combos! I'm all about that high-protein life, so if you've got any budget-friendly, high-volume recipes that can keep me excited about oats, drop them below!
