Cottage cheese flatbread, anyone made this work?
So I've been trying to find ways to sneak more protein into my meals since, you know, 3 kids = no time for meal prep! I stumbled upon this cottage cheese flatbread recipe that sounds super easy, but I'm wondering if it actually turns out good.
I mean, I can't be the only one who's tried this and had it flop, right? 😂 I've seen different versions floating around but they all seem to vary in ingredients. If anyone's nailed a solid recipe, can you share your thoughts?
