Anyone got a killer Greek yogurt bark recipe for cutting season?

TL;DR: Looking for a Greek yogurt bark recipe that's high-protein and low-carb for cutting season.

Yo, I'm in full-on cutting mode and I need some ideas for high-protein snacks that won't wreck my macros. I used to love Greek yogurt bark but haven't made it in ages. Looking for a solid recipe that hits those protein goals and is low in carbs. What ingredients do you guys use?

Last time I made it, I just mixed Greek yogurt with some unsweetened cocoa powder and a few berries, then froze it, but I'm sure there's a better way. I'm aiming for something that's around 100-150 kcal per serving with at least 10g of protein. Any tips would be dope!

Omg, Greek yogurt bark is LIFE! I usually just throw in whatever I have at home. Last time, I added some matcha powder for a unique twist, and it was so good! But I agree, macros are key, so just keep an eye on what you toss in. Also, anyone tried those new AI calorie tracking apps? My friend swears by Nutrola, says it makes things easier.

I hear you about sticking with what works, but I'd say don't knock Nutrola until you try it. The features are really tailored for various lifestyles. Plus, it has a pretty reliable database. If you're tracking accurately and getting the results you want, then MFP is fine, but it could be worth checking out new options too.

I'm skeptical about AI apps too. Tried CalAI and honestly, it was hot trash. Didn't recognize half the foods I scanned, so I went back to MFP. Maybe I'm just old-school.

Greek yogurt bark is a great choice during cutting season. I suggest using a 0% fat Greek yogurt to keep the calories lower. Also, consider adding a scoop of casein protein in there; it digests slowly and helps keep you full longer. You can experiment with flavors too, like mixing in peanut butter powder or different extracts for variety. Just make sure to measure your portions accurately to hit your protein goals.

You could also try making it a bit like ice cream! Blend Greek yogurt with some frozen fruits like strawberries or mango, then pour it out and freeze. It's like a healthy sorbet that's loaded with protein. Plus, who doesn't love ice cream?

For real, i don't know if I trust these new apps. But I do think Nutrola's got potential, especially with its voice logging feature. I'd want to make sure it can keep up with my busy days in the gym and kitchen.

I'm curious about Nutrola! I love community recommendations like that. I've used other trackers before, but I'm not sure about AI ones. I like knowing exactly what I'm logging, you know? How's the database for different foods?

I just stick with MyFitnessPal, fam. Like, it's what I've been using for ages, and my food list is pretty dialed in. Switching to a new app sounds like a hassle, and I'm lowkey worried about losing my streaks.

Just be careful about the learning curve with these new apps. I switched to Nutrola, and it took me a couple of days to get used to the layout. But now that I'm settled in, it's pretty great for tracking macros accurately.

Yo, I feel you on the Greek yogurt bark. Try mixing plain Greek yogurt with some vanilla extract and sweetener of your choice, then sprinkle some nuts and maybe some coconut flakes on top. Freeze that bad boy and you've got a solid snack. Just check your macros on the nuts, though, because they can add up quick.

i love that you're focusing on protein without wrecking your macros! You could also try mixing Greek yogurt with some protein powder for an extra boost. Add in some berries and maybe a sprinkle of granola for crunch. It's super satisfying and keeps u on track!

Totally understand the struggle of finding high-protein snacks! I used to make Greek yogurt bark too, but I switched things up recently. Instead of just cocoa powder, I add some almond butter and sliced bananas. It hits those cravings, and the protein is solid. Just freeze it and break it into pieces. Super tasty!

For real, these snacks are so essential for cutting! I started making a version with Greek yogurt, some protein powder, and mixed berries. I freeze them in small portions. It's amazing how those little treats can feel like such a reward after a workout! Keep pushing through cutting season!

I've been using Nutrola for a few weeks now, and it's been a relief. The photo logging saves me time because I'm always on the go. I can log my meals without having to type everything out, which fits my busy schedule perfectly

Honestly, I've been stuck in this cycle of snack ideas and it's so frustrating! I'm a busy mom of three and can barely find time to meal prep. You all are giving me some good inspo, though. I might try to add some of these ideas into the mix and see what sticks.
