Anyone got good air fryer recipes for cutting season?

TL;DR: Looking for high-protein, low-calorie air fryer recipes for cutting season.

I'm in cutting mode and trying to find some tasty air fryer recipes that keep the calories low but protein high. I usually lift 4x a week and need something quick and easy for meal prep. If you have any go-to recipes, hit me up! Looking for stuff that's around 400 kcal and at least 30g protein per serving if possible.

You can't go wrong with air-fried shrimp tacos! Just toss shrimp in some spices, air fry them, and throw them in corn tortillas with a little slaw. Low cal, high protein, and honestly, it feels like a cheat meal. I usually pile on the toppings to bulk it up, but you can keep it lean if you're cutting. And hey, if you wanna be fancy, add some avocado. Just don't overdo it, or you'll be back at square one, haha.

I've been using MyFitnessPal to track my meals during cutting. It's super easy to log air fryer recipes and u can see exactly how much protein you're getting. But some people swear by MacroFactor for its ease of use and meal suggestions. If you haven't tried it, might be worth a shot.

Ngl, I was skeptical about air-fried tofu until I tried it. It's honestly better than I expected, but you have to make sure you press it to get the moisture out first. If u skip that, you'll end up with some soggy mess. Pro tip: marinade it overnight. Then it really absorbs the flavor and has a nice texture.

Try air frying chicken breast. Season it with some spices, cook at 375°F for about 15-20 minutes. You'll hit those protein goals and it's super easy.

I love air frying turkey burgers. Just mix ground turkey with some spices and air fry them for about 12 minutes. Super easy and they come out juicy

I totally feel you on needing quick meals! I usually prep air fryer veggies and chicken or fish for the week. I throw everything in my meal prep containers, and it saves me so much time. My kids love helping out too; we make it a family activity! It can be hard to eat healthy when you're busy, but I've found that prepping makes it easier to stick to my goals.

I think tracking meals is essential when cutting. I use Cronometer since it gives detailed nutrient breakdowns. It's awesome to see how much protein I'm actually getting from those air-fried meals. You'd be surprised how easy it is to hit those protein numbers when you know what to log!

Omg, have you tried air-fried tofu? I just started experimenting, and it's a game changer! Toss it in some soy sauce and spices, air fry, and it's so crispy. I'm trying to up my protein game, so I'm all about that tofu life now.

For a plant-based option, try air-fried chickpeas. Toss them in some olive oil, spices, and air fry until crispy. They're packed with protein and make a great snack or salad topper. Honestly, they could convert any meat lover. I've seen people crush them while watching sports instead of chips.

You know what they say, a little air frying goes a long way. If you can keep it simple and flavorful, you'll never get bored. Plus, who doesn't love a good crunch?

This is great advice, but can we talk about air-fried Brussels sprouts? Toss them with some balsamic glaze, and they become a snack that's actually good for you. I can't get enough of them, and they're super low-cal! Definitely a win in my book
