When did you stop running during pregnancy? Asking for a pizza-loving friend! 馃崟

TL;DR: Curious when runners stop during pregnancy, need some mama advice!

So I've been running for a year, and I'm super curious about the pregnancy running scene. When do most peeps call it quits on their runs? Is there a point where it's like, 'Alright, time to swap those running shoes for some comfy slippers'? Any advice from the seasoned mamas out there would be awesome! 馃槄

I was running until about 20 weeks into my pregnancy, then I switched to brisk walks and yoga. I found it way easier on my body as things got bigger. And honestly, you can still enjoy pizza while getting some fresh air! 馃崟

If you're on a budget, walking is a solid alternative that won't break the bank. You don't need fancy shoes to enjoy some fresh air. Just make sure to stay active in whatever way feels good.

Bro, if pizza's a priority, maybe consider a keto approach for the cravings? 馃槀 But honestly, when I was running during pregnancy, I felt my endurance drop a bit after month 5. Just keep it fun and enjoyable!

Running during pregnancy can be tricky. You should really listen to your body. I know someone who kept going until the third trimester, but they had a solid fitness base. Just be cautious and have a backup plan for days you feel off.

Stats show that many women stop running around the end of the second trimester due to changes in balance and comfort. If you're tracking anything, pay attention to your RPE during workouts. If you feel like it's getting tough, don't hesitate to switch it up.

Swap those running shoes for comfy slippers? Only if the pizza's calling! 馃槀 But seriously, listen to your body. If you feel good, keep running until it doesn't feel right anymore. Just remember, pizza's a perfect recovery food too!

It's all about comfort! I loved running, but around the 6-month mark, it felt like my body was telling me to chill. Switched to bodyweight workouts and still felt great. Listen to your body first!

No cap, running while pregnant sounds like a huge skill issue. I switched to lifting and hated cardio, so I can't really give solid advice. But it sounds like a tough balance to strike.
