Are fitness tracker apps just making us anxious?
As a dad of two, juggling family life and fitness is already a lot. I've been lifting for about five years, but these tracking apps like MyFitnessPal and MacroFactor sometimes feel like a second job. I get stressed trying to weigh everything perfectly, and when I'm out at a restaurant, estimating calories is like trying to guess how much ice cream my kids will actually eat (spoiler alert: way too much). Are there any alternatives that aren't so focused on numbers? It'd be nice to not feel like I'm in a math exam every time I eat a meal.
