Looking for a protein-only tracker, suggestions?
I've been using Cronometer to track my calories and macros, but I find it frustrating that it emphasizes everything rather than letting me focus solely on my protein intake. I love the accuracy of its food database, but I feel overwhelmed trying to sift through all the other data when I'm just trying to hit my protein goals for muscle gain. I briefly tried MacroFactor, but it didn't resonate with me as much. Is there a dedicated app out there that zeroes in on protein without the calorie clutter? Any recommendations?
