Need quick high-protein breakfast ideas under 5 minutes
I'm always on the hunt for easy and healthy breakfast options, especially since I'm juggling two kids and my lifting routine. Mornings can be chaotic, and I often find myself scrambling to get something nutritious on the table. I'd love to hear what you all whip up for a high-protein breakfast that takes less than five minutes!
Currently, I usually stick to Greek yogurt with some fruit and a scoop of protein powder mixed in, or sometimes I'll make a quick scramble with eggs and leftover veggies. It's not always exciting, though, and I feel like I'm in a breakfast rut. I've heard good things about overnight oats, but I'm not sure how to make them high-protein without adding too many calories.
