Any high-protein recipes (30g+) that aren't shakes?

TL;DR: Looking for high-protein recipes (30g+) that aren't shakes. What are your favorites?

I'm on a mission to hit my protein goals and I'm kind of over the usual protein shakes. I really want to switch it up with some meals that pack at least 30g of protein but are still budget-friendly and easy to make.

I love a good post-workout meal that feels satisfying without spending hours in the kitchen. I've tried some chicken recipes and turkey burgers, but I'm looking for new ideas! I'd love anything that could include fun ingredients or spices that add flavor without breaking the bank.

What are your go-to recipes? I'm open to anything - breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even snacks. Please share your favorites with macros if you can! Looking forward to seeing what you've got!

You can't go wrong with a solid chicken stir-fry! Get some lean chicken breast, toss it in with broccoli, bell peppers, and some soy sauce. It's fast, cheap, and full of flavor. Just one cup of cooked chicken can give you around 40g of protein. Perfect for post-workout recovery.

I struggle to keep it under budget, so I love using canned beans for extra protein without the cost. Plus, they're super versatile. I make a big batch and throw them in everything - tacos, salads, you name it!

You should definitely try making a high-protein breakfast burrito! Just scramble some eggs (or egg whites for less fat), toss in some black beans, and load it up with salsa and avocado. You can get over 30g of protein easy, and it feels like a treat after a workout. I make these all the time and they never disappoint!

Breakfast burritos are solid, but if you're feeling adventurous, try making some high-protein pancakes. Mix cottage cheese with oats and egg whites. They taste amazing, and you can stack 'em up with some fruit on top. My kids love them too, so it's a win-win!

Wait, pancakes? That's new! How do you not burn them? Serious question here, because I can't cook for shit

Yesss, breakfast burritos are life! I usually throw in some spinach or peppers for extra nutrients too. Plus, they reheat really well for meal prep!

I love a good quinoa salad! Cook up a cup of quinoa, toss in some chickpeas, diced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and a nice dressing. You can easily hit that 30g mark by adding a bit of feta or some grilled chicken. It's super fresh and u can change the ingredients based on what's on sale. Quinoa's got about 8g of protein per cup too, so it rly adds up.

Facts! I find that tracking keeps me accountable, but I get it if it feels tedious. Have you thought about trying a meal planner app? They can save time and help with grocery lists too. Just a thought

Honestly, if you're not tracking, you're probably missing out. I used to think I could eyeball it, but when I started logging everything, I realized how much I was actually eating (or not eating). I use MyFitnessPal, and it made a huge difference in hitting my macros!
