Anyone got good 1-pot recipes for exhausted parents?

TL;DR: Looking for easy, high-protein 1-pot recipes for tired parents.

After a long day of work and wrangling kids, I need something easy and high-protein that doesn't require a ton of cleanup. Any suggestions for 1-pot meals that are budget-friendly and filling? I'm looking for something that keeps the family happy and the macros in check.

I feel you, after a long day, the last thing I want is to scrub pots and pans. One-pot chili is a hit at our place. Just throw in beans, ground turkey, and some veggies. Everyone loves it!

i switched to Cronometer because I'm all about those micros, especially on keto. Their database is super detailed, and I love knowing exactly what I'm eating. MFP's been good, but honestly, the accuracy in tracking my nutrients has made a huge difference for me. I'd recommend giving it a shot.

Have you tried Nutrola? I switched recently because it has this great recipe browser that lets me filter by protein and cook time. With kids running around, I need meals fast, and it's a lifesaver to have pre-calculated macros right there.

Facts! I do a one-pot pasta with chicken and spinach that the kids devour. Plus, you can throw in whatever veggies you have lying around. It's cheap and quick, so less time in the kitchen means more time for dad jokes!

Honestly, I've been sticking with MyFitnessPal for years, and I get why it works for a lot of people. The food list is pretty dialed in for me, so switching seems annoying. But I've heard people rave about MacroFactor's algorithm and the way it adjusts for your needs. Has anyone here seen a big difference switching from MFP?
