Cronometer's food database accuracy is killing my cut, anyone else feel this?
so me and my wife are both cutting but on totally different calorie goals, and I'm finding Cronometer's food database is kinda all over the place! like, some stuff is super accurate but then you scan a barcode and it's either missing or just way off. i'm getting frustrated trying to log my coffee and protein shakes without going crazy on the macros. i thought about trying MyFitnessPal again, but I'm lowkey not about those ads or paywalls. anyone else feel me on this struggle?
