So, I've been working on weighted pull-ups for a bit now, and honestly, I feel kinda stuck. I'm currently at 25 lbs added, but I can't seem to get past that. Should I be focusing on volume or maybe switching up my rep range? Any tips or tricks you all use to push through this plateau would be awesome! Let's crush it together!

Consider adjusting your training frequency as well. I had a similar issue where I was doing pull-ups once a week and barely progressing. Increasing it to twice a week while varying the intensity helped me push past my previous max

This! Also, have you tried supersetting with some other back exercises? I love doing rows or lat pull-downs right after pull-ups. It really fires up those muscles and can help with strength!

You might also want to check your body weight. If you've gained some muscle or fat, it can affect your pull-up performance. Just keep tracking your macros to find that sweet spot. Balance is key.

Man, plateaus suck. Sometimes i feel like I'm lifting weights for my soul more than my muscles. Just remember, even if progress slows, at least you're lifting weights instead of sitting on the couch. It's all about the little wins, right?

You can also try varying your grip, like doing wide-grip or close-grip pull-ups. It changes the muscle activation and can give you a nice boost. Keep it fun!

Dude, I feel you. I hit a plateau at 30 lbs for a while, and it was frustrating. I started incorporating more volume by adding extra sets and changing the rep range, and it rly helped me break through. Keep pushing, you got this.

Honestly, I started with caffeine before my workouts and it boosted my performance. It's like a little hack! But you gotta be careful, too much can lead to jitters, lol.

For sure, try mixing in some weighted negatives! I did that when I hit a wall at 20 lbs, and it made a huge difference. Just make sure you're also snacking right to support that strength gain!

Honestly, a lot of people underestimate the importance of rest and recovery. If you're pushing hard, you might just need a deload week. I learned the hard way that overtraining can really stall your progress.

When I hit a wall, I also tried focusing on my grip strength with some dead hangs. It really helped my overall pull-up game. You might be surprised how much grip can affect your pull-up strength.
