**TL;DR:** Is creatine HCL worth it or just hype compared to good old mono?

Ngl, i'm lowkey skeptical about creatine HCL. Like, creatine mono has been the OG for ages and everyone knows it works! Do we really need the fancy version? I mean, some say it's easier on the gut, but is it just hype? I'm all for trying new stuff, but I need some solid evidence, not just a slick ad. Anyone here switched from mono to HCL and seen a difference? Or are we just paying for the packaging?

P.S. Milk and gains are still the real power couple.

There are a few studies that suggest creatine HCL might be better absorbed than creatine mono, which could explain why some people find it easier on the gut. But, the evidence is still a bit limited. Creatine mono has been around longer and has a lot of support in the lifting community. So, while HCL might be worth a shot for some, I wouldn't ditch mono just yet. Stick to what works for you.

Honestly, I've used both and while I felt a slight difference in terms of digestion with HCL, the performance benefits were pretty similar. I did notice less water retention, which might be a plus for some. But at the end of the day, creatine mono still has the most research behind it, so I wouldn't go all in on HCL unless you really want to try something new.

ngl, I tried creatine HCL for a bit and didn't feel much of a difference. Plus, my wallet took a hit, so I switched back to mono. Keeping it simple, you know?

I think it really depends on your body! Some people might feel like HCL is easier to digest, but others like me just stick to the classic mono. It's cool to experiment, just keep track of how you feel. Remember, everyone's different!

Facts! Creatine HCL can be a bit pricey for what it is. Like, I'm all for trying new stuff, but if creatine mono has been working for ages, why mess with a good thing? Plus, have you seen my bulking meals? They cost enough as is 😂.
