**TL;DR:** Trying morning sunlight for sleep improvement. Has it worked for you?

I've been trying to get that morning sunlight in for about 10 minutes when I wake up, thinking it might help my sleep quality. I've read that it can reset your circadian rhythm or whatever, but I'm not convinced. I still feel like a zombie at 3 PM and my lifts are suffering.

If you've done this, did you notice any difference in your sleep or energy levels? Looking for some real talk here, not just the usual fluff.

Facts. Morning sunlight can help regulate melatonin production. Just make sure you're also getting enough sleep at night. No amount of sunlight can save you if you're clocking in 5 hours of rest.

Yeah, I get that. But you could also be lacking in micronutrients. Have you checked your vitamin D levels? If you're low, it might be time to add a supplement or adjust your diet.

If you feel like a zombie, it might not just be sleep or sunlight. Sometimes it's about recovery. Are you taking deload weeks when needed? Lifting hard without recovery is a recipe for feeling burnt out.

I get my sunlight in the morning too, but it's really about that routine. I wake up, have my coffee, and sit outside. I find that helps me focus better. If you're still dragging by 3 PM, maybe it's time to check your overall sleep schedule.

Sunlight's cool and all, but you might just be tired from your training. What's your routine like? Sometimes those deadlifts really hit different, and you feel like a zombie afterwards.

I feel you! I've been lifting for a bit, and I can tell when my sleep isn't on point. I added morning sunlight and cut out screen time an hour before bed. My lifts have improved. Maybe try tracking your sleep more closely?

Honestly, I tried the morning sunlight thing too, but it didn't change my zombie state at all. Just made me wish for more sleep while I was outside. But maybe it helps others.

I've been getting my morning sun for a few weeks, and honestly, my sleep has improved a bit. I feel less groggy when I wake up, which helps with my energy levels throughout the day. I think it's worth sticking with it for a while to see if it continues to help.

I love morning sunlight! I usually combine it with my breakfast shake. That way, I get my nutrients and my sun! Balance is key, and it feels great to start the day right.

I started getting sunlight and also made sure to eat balanced meals. It's crazy how much it can help with mood and energy. If you're not eating enough, that could also be dragging you down, just saying.

Bro, if you're still feeling like a zombie, you might need a reset. Maybe try some yoga or stretching first thing? That can really wake you up along with the sun

If morning sunlight really worked, I'd be a freakin' superhero by now. I tried it for a month and still felt like a potato. But who knows, maybe it just isn't for me.
