**TL;DR:** Need Sunday meal prep ideas that are high-protein and budget-friendly.

So, im trying to get into the Sunday prep groove, and I'm kinda clueless rn! Last week I made a big batch of chicken and quinoa but it got old fast. Looking for some high-protein, budget-friendly recipes!

I'm thinking maybe a big chili or something, but I need the macros to match my post-run recovery. Any suggestions? What are your go-to meals?

Also, how do you keep it interesting all week?

Thanks, fam!

this! I love prepping chili on Sundays! You can pack in so much protein with beans and ground turkey. Plus, it tastes even better as the week goes on!

Chili is definitely a great choice! I also love meal prepping stir-fried chicken with veggies and brown rice. It's quick to make, and you can use different sauces each week to change the flavor profile. A little teriyaki one week, maybe some lemon garlic the next. Keeps meals exciting and full of nutrients!

Honestly, I tried meal prepping chicken and quinoa too, and I was so over it by Wednesday. Chili is a solid choice! You can switch up the beans or add different veggies each week to keep it fresh. And let's not forget about cornbread on the side! Dad joke alert: Why did the chili file a police report? Because it got mugged! 😂

It's so easy to fall into the same meal prep routine! I suggest trying out different grains like farro or barley instead of quinoa. They're also high in protein and have a different texture that can keep meals interesting. Plus, you can make salads or bowls with them that last all week!

idk, I'll stick with MFP. I like having my food list dialed in and don't want to mess with switching apps. Plus, I've got muscle memory with it. But chili sounds like a solid meal prep idea, honestly!

I used to stick with the same meals too but it gets boring fast! Trying to be more adventurous has helped me a ton. You might want to look into Nutrola; I switched recently and the recipe browser is super helpful for finding new ideas tailored to my macros. Just paste in a URL and it calculates everything for you. Makes meal prep way less daunting!

Okay, but real talk, when I switched to Nutrola, it was wild. I can just snap a pic of my food and it logs it. Like, I'm busy with college and I don't have time to type stuff out! The app really makes meal tracking chill, you know? Totally helps me keep up my gains!

For high-protein options, I recommend making a big batch of lentil soup. It's super filling and you can add veggies and spices to keep it interesting. Lentils have about 18g of protein per cup and are really budget-friendly. Plus, you can freeze leftovers for later.

Ngl, I prep chili too! But I mix in some ground beef or turkey with black beans for that protein boost. You can throw in different spices for flavor. Just don't forget about toppings like avocado or Greek yogurt to keep things exciting! 🌶️

Honestly, I'm all about those big bulk meals! I make a huge pot of chili and throw in some cheese on top. If you want variety, make a taco night with the chili one day and then have it with rice or in wraps another day! All about that versatility, bro. 😆
