**TL;DR:** Need ideas for Sunday meal prep that are high-protein, budget-friendly, and filling.

So, like, Sunday meal prep has been my jam lately, but I'm kinda stuck on what to make rn. I usually try to whip up some high-protein stuff that won't cost me my whole paycheck because, ya know, college life. Last week, I made these bomb chicken and quinoa bowls with roasted veggies, but I need to mix it up!

I'm looking for easy, budget-friendly recipes that are also, like, super filling. I love snacks too, so if you've got any hacks for post-workout snacks that won't break the bank, I'm all ears! If you can throw in the macros, that'd be sick too. What are your go-to meal prep recipes? Hit me up with your faves!

I feel you on needing ideas! I usually whip up a big batch of lentil soup for Sunday prep. It's super filling, packed with protein, and costs, like, almost nothing. You can throw in some veggies and spices to mix it up each week. Plus, it freezes well, so you can save some for later. Pro tip: add some smoked paprika for extra flavor!

Omg, I love prepping overnight oats for my busy mornings! Just mix oats with Greek yogurt, your choice of milk, and some fruits or nuts. They are so easy to make, and you can customize them to fit your mood. Plus, they keep me energized for my workouts! Gotta love that caffeine boost too!

I love making veggie-packed pasta for meal prep! Just cook whole wheat pasta, add whatever veggies you have, and toss in some olive oil and spices. It's super filling and you can have it cold or warm. Plus, I just eyeball everything, so it's a no-stress meal prep for me!

100% recommend making a big batch of protein pancakes! Just mix oats, eggs, and some cottage cheese. You get a solid hit of protein, and they freeze like a dream. Just pop them in the toaster for a quick post-workout snack, and boom, breakfast sorted!

If you're into snacks, try making protein balls! Just blend oats, nut butter, honey, and protein powder, roll them into little balls, and refrigerate. They taste bomb, are easy to carry around, and you can snack guilt-free. Plus, they take like 10 minutes to make, which is a win in my book.

Honestly, do whatever keeps you excited about cooking. I tried meal prepping chicken for a month and got so bored! Now I rotate between meals to keep it fresh. One week it's stir-fry, the next it's tacos. It makes a huge difference in sticking to healthy eating.

One of my go-to meals is a chicken stir-fry. I grill chicken breasts and toss them with a mix of frozen stir-fry veggies and some low-sodium soy sauce. It's quick, and you can easily adjust the macros by adding more or fewer veggies. If you prep rice or quinoa, it pairs well and keeps you full for hours

Have you tried meal prepping with a slow cooker? It's literally the best. Just toss everything in, set it, and forget it. I do a chicken or beef stew with veggies, and it's filling and easy for the week. Just don't forget to check the timing if you leave it overnight.

Not everyone can afford fancy meal preps, for real. If I'm in a pinch, I grab some canned tuna and throw it on a salad. It's quick, easy, and packed with protein! Just watch the sodium if you can, though.

You guys ever just forget to eat after a workout? No cap, I did that last week and it messed me up. I mean, come on, post-workout protein is, like, the basic level of fitness! 😂 Anyway, just keep some protein shakes on hand for days like that.

For sure, facts! Whole foods are where it's at. I also keep some veggies chopped up in the fridge for quick snacks. Just grab and go, you know? No excuses when you have healthy options ready!

Meal prep is such a lifesaver when you have kids running around! I usually make a big batch of turkey chili. It's easy, healthy, and the kids love it. Just brown some ground turkey, add canned tomatoes, beans, and spices. Honestly, the hardest part is waiting for it to simmer while the chaos unfolds in the kitchen! 😂

One thing I love is making sweet potato and black bean bowls. Just bake some sweet potatoes, mix them with black beans, and top with avocado. Perfect for a filling meal prep! Also, you can play around with toppings based on your mood, which is fun.

Bro, meal prep is legit for staying on track. You can't out-supplement a bad diet. I see people downing protein shakes but still eating trash. Just focus on those whole foods! That's where it's at, not just protein powder.

I think intuitive eating is key for some people. Instead of stressing about the perfect meal prep, focus on listening to your body. Eat when you're hungry and choose foods that nourish you. I find that it works better for me long-term instead of tracking everything.

Do u all track your macros? I'm still learning, but I find using MyFitnessPal really helpful for meal prep. I can just scan barcodes, and it makes keeping track of protein so much easier. I'm trying to hit 1g per pound of body weight, and it's a grind sometimes. Just gotta stay consistent, right?

Yeah, totally! Just keep it simple sometimes. A good rule is to have a protein source, some carbs, and healthy fats in every meal. When I started, I was way too focused on making everything perfect, but just being consistent with meal prep is what really mattered. Progress over perfection, right?

Omg, meal prep is life! So for snacks, I make these protein balls with peanut butter, oats, honey, and some chocolate chips. They're, like, super easy and you can just roll 'em up and throw them in the fridge. I usually make a big batch on Sundays, and they last all week. The macros are pretty solid too, like 5g protein per ball if you make 20 of them!

Also, you might wanna try some overnight oats for breakfast prep. Just mix oats, your fave milk, Greek yogurt, and some fruit. You'll be full all morning and it's a lifesaver when you're rushing to class! ^^^

Hey, don't forget about beans! They're super cheap, packed with protein and fiber. You can make a big pot of black beans, add spices, and use them in tacos, salads, or burrito bowls. They're versatile and last forever in the fridge!

Those chicken and quinoa bowls sound bomb! If you're looking to switch it up, have you tried making a big batch of lentil soup? It's packed with protein, super filling, and honestly, you can just toss in whatever veggies you have. Plus, it's so cheap to make!

And about tracking macros, I really dig using Cronometer. It's way more accurate than some others, and you can even log your workouts. Totally helps to see what you're putting in your body. I get the budget struggle, but investing a little time in planning meals can save you a ton later. And don't forget to enjoy the process, cooking can be a great stress reliever!
