**TL;DR:** Gained 10 lbs in 3 months of bulking, hit a 5 lb deadlift PR.

So I've been bulking for 3 months and I'm up 10 pounds! Started at 130 lbs and now I'm at 140 lbs, plus I hit a 5 lb PR on my deadlift (now 215 lbs). I'm loving the food pics, my meals are so packed! What do you guys think? 💪

Congrats on the gains, but just a heads up, not all weight gain is muscle. Make sure to track your body composition too, it's easy to go overboard with bulking. It's about the quality of the weight, not just the quantity.

It's wonderful to see your progress! Remember to balance your strength training with some flexibility work, like yoga. It can help prevent injuries and improve your overall performance.

10 pounds, huh? That's like gaining a small toddler! Just don't forget to throw in some cardio here and there, or you might find yourself chasing after those toddler gains for real. Keep it up!

That's awesome progress! Hitting a PR on your deadlift is a huge win too. Just curious, what's your training split looking like these days?

Based! That's a solid bulk. Just be careful not to go too hard on the calories, or you might end up having to cut more than you want later. Gotta keep the balance right!
