So, I finally gave keto the boot after a year and switched to IIFYM. I'm hitting my macros and feeling way better, plus my lifts are actually going up! I'm down 5 lbs in 4 weeks and my progress pics are looking solid. Anyone else made the switch? What was your experience like? I'm curious if I should expect more gains or if it's just the caffeine talking.

Keto was like running a marathon with ankle weights for me. Switching to IIFYM felt like ripping those off! Now I can hit my PRs without feeling starved

I can totally relate! I switched to IIFYM about a year ago and it's been awesome. My kids even love the meals I make now. You can still enjoy pizza night without feeling like you're failing!

Yup, caffeine is the real MVP! i switched to IIFYM too, and my energy levels are way up. I can hit the gym at midnight and actually lift like a beast.

Keep in mind that while tracking is important, so is listening to your body! Sometimes your body knows best. Don't forget to incorporate veggies and healthy fats to maintain overall health.

Switching to IIFYM allows you to fuel your body properly, especially if you're active. Just make sure your carbs and proteins are coming from whole sources. I swear by oatmeal and chicken breast for my endurance runs.

I find using an app like MacroFactor helps keep it manageable. It learns from your habits and adjusts goals based on your progress. Makes it less of a chore to log every meal!

It's all about finding a method that works for you! I track everything in MyFitnessPal. It's super easy and helps keep me accountable. Don't stress too much about it.

Totally hear you on the skepticism! I think balance is key in any diet. If someone finds they thrive on IIFYM while getting results, that's what matters! Just be aware of your body's signals

Tracking macros can feel overwhelming, but think of it as building a habit. Over time, it becomes easier. Just keep refining your approach! Every meal is a new opportunity to learn

I also love using MyFitnessPal! You can scan barcodes which makes logging super quick, especially when you're juggling family meals. Less stress is key!

Yo, as a night lifter, I can confirm that IIFYM + late-night caffeine hits different! My deadlifts have improved and I'm feeling stronger each week. Bring on the gains!

It's great to see that you're feeling better and seeing results! IIFYM is about balance and making sure you're meeting nutrient needs. I have some recipes that fit well within a flexible diet if you're interested!

I get the appeal, but some folks might find IIFYM leads to overeating junk. Balance is key! If you're hitting your numbers and lifting well, then keep rolling with it!

I made the switch from keto to IIFYM last year and honestly, I haven't looked back. Tracking my macros has been a game changer for flexibility. Plus, being able to enjoy a variety of foods without feeling guilty is a huge relief.

I've been thinking about switching to IIFYM too! I'm just scared I'll mess up my tracking. How do you even keep up with everything? Is it hard?

I started IIFYM because my workouts were suffering on keto. I'm a busy mom and needed something that didn't make me feel deprived. My family loves the meals now too, and it feels great not to have to cook separate dinners.

I switched from keto to IIFYM a few months ago and gained 10 pounds. But not in a bad way, I'm lifting heavier now and feeling good! It's wild how much better I feel overall

Facts! You need to be mindful of food quality. It's easy to binge on processed stuff. I focus on whole foods but enjoy a treat here and there, keeps it sustainable.

I love that you brought your family into it! I think it's awesome when healthy eating can become a family thing. You can teach the kids to make healthier choices while still enjoying meals together.

Not gonna lie, I'm skeptical about the long-term sustainability of IIFYM for everyone. It really depends on personal preferences and goals. Sometimes it just works for some and not for others.

I feel like IIFYM can lead to a slippery slope if you're not careful. I track everything in Cronometer to keep my micronutrients in check too. Just a thought.

How do you all stay motivated to track every single day? I'm struggling to keep up! Are there apps that make it easier?
