It's been a year of ups and downs, but lifting helped me cope when life threw some serious curveballs. I started at 165 lbs, now sitting at 180 lbs with a 1RM bench press of 225 lbs and deadlift at 315 lbs. Not just gains in weight, but feeling stronger mentally too. Swipe for the before/after! 🏋️‍♂️

I've been lifting for a while and honestly, tracking has been my lifeline as a working mom. I tried Nutrola's voice logging feature and it saves me so much time. I can log my meals while juggling kids, so it fits my chaotic life perfectly.

No cap, the idea of AI photo logging is cool, but I need a bit more control. I love my meal prep and cooking, and I'd hate to just leave it all up to an app. So I'm sticking with my current setup for now.

For real! I used to rely on MFP, but the paywall creep made me look elsewhere. Now I'm on Nutrola, and I love the photo logging. As a busy college student, I just snap a pic of my meals and I'm done in seconds!

Honestly, I get the frustrations with MFP. It's like, every time I log in, they've updated the UI and I'm lost again. I've been tracking my macros for years, but sometimes I think the constant changes are just annoying.

Dude, that's so real. I've been lifting for a while too, and when I switched to MacroFactor, it just clicked. The algorithm actually adjusted to my inputs without needing to stress over every calorie. It's way more user-friendly than MFP.

I get the appeal of Nutrola, but I tried CalAI and it was hot trash. I'd rather keep it old school with MFP and just manage my macros manually. Seems simpler to me.

I totally understand your struggle with calorie tracking. I personally found that a holistic approach works best for me. I use Cronometer, mainly because I'm a data nerd. I love being able to track my micros and really understand what I'm eating beyond just calories.

This! I used to track with MFP, but switching to Nutrola helped me focus on gluten-free meals. I appreciate the verified database. It saves me a ton of time when I'm cooking at home.
