**TL;DR:** Feeling stuck after 2 years of progress as a paraplegic. Any tips?

Been lifting for 2 years now since my injury, and I just posted some progress pics. I've made some gains, but honestly, I feel like I'm hitting a wall lately. My lifts have stalled, and I'm struggling to see changes in my physique. Anyone else felt like this after a couple years? What did you do to push through? Just need some caffeine-fueled motivation right now.

yep, i totally feel you. I hit a wall after about two years too, and it felt like my progress just stopped. Mixing up my cardio really helped me break through, so maybe try adding some HIIT or something new to your routine!

this is totally a normal phase. I've been lifting for four years, and I've had my share of stalls. Sometimes switching up your routine is all it takes. Maybe try a different rep range or add in supersets for a change of pace!

it's all about the journey, not just the destination! I'm all about clean eating, and it really helps with progress. Have you tried some Whole30 recipes? You might find that tweaking your meals gives you the boost you need. Plus, trying new recipes keeps things interesting!

skill issue, fam. A lot of it is mental too. But maybe try running or a new sport on the side to shake things up. It's refreshing and can reignite your passion for lifting. If you find joy in other activities, it can really reflect back in the gym!

I understand how you feel, especially after such an inspiring journey! When I get stuck, I focus on my nutrition, too. Meal prepping has been a game-changer for my family and me. I also love incorporating family-friendly workouts to keep things fun.
