Facts! Progress photos are totally different when you've battled something intense. Have you tried incorporating some plant-based meals? They can really aid recovery! You might love a chickpea curry recipe I just made.

Ngl, I can't help but feel like cardio is underrated sometimes. Don't get me wrong, lifting is great, but running is where I find my peace. Anyone else feel that way?

That's awesome! I just hit a mile PR, so I feel you on those victories. What's your next goal? I'm looking to try some new cardio workouts soon.

Dude, congrats! i lift at weird hours too, and it's a vibe. I usually go for late-night caffeine to power through. Have you tried that?

You're killing it! But honestly, squats just aren't for me. I'd rather be out running and pretending I'm training for a marathon. Who needs heavy lifting anyway?

What a comeback! Progress photos can really show how far you've come. Just remember, lifting is about feeling good too, not just aesthetics. I'd love to see your progress pics, you got this!

This is so based! Nothing like hitting a new PR to remind you of your strength. Make sure you're tracking your macros to support those gains, though. Progress is more than just the scale!

Tracking macros can be a useful tool, but don't get too caught up in the numbers. It's good to listen to your body too. I personally prefer Cronometer for its detailed nutrient breakdown, what do you use?

So true! I love seeing others' progress photos, it gives me life. But be careful with the scales, it's all about the journey, right? No pressure!

Congrats on your comeback! Just a reminder that recovery is also about nutrition. Make sure you're getting enough fiber in your diet to help with muscle repair and overall health. Aiming for 25-30 grams daily is a good target.
