**TL;DR:** 2nd year of lifting, gained 30 lbs and hit a 225 lb bench press, feeling amazing!

Yo fam, just hit my 2nd year of lifting and honestly, im ahead of my own expectations! Started at 145 lbs, now I'm sitting at a solid 175 lbs and can bench press 225 lbs for 5 reps. 😤 I never thought I'd see these gains so fast!

Here's my progress in numbers:
- **Start Weight**: 145 lbs
- **Current Weight**: 175 lbs
- **Bench PR**: 225 lbs for 5 reps (up from 155 lbs)
- **Duration**: 1 year

It's wild to think about how much has changed in just 12 months. If you're in your 2nd year too, are you feeling the same kind of progress? Just trying to share some love and positivity here, because everyone's journey is unique. 💪

That's some serious progress, man! Gaining 30 lbs and hitting a 225 bench is no joke. Keep pushing those PRs, just remember to focus on form too, don't want to get hurt trying to chase numbers.

That's cool and all, but lifting is overrated. Ever tried running? You get that runner's high and your knees don't feel like they've been through a war zone.

Running is cool, but lifting builds strength you can feel in every part of your life. I mix it up with HIIT cardio to keep things interesting. Have you ever tried sprint intervals after a lifting session? It's a killer combo.

I hit the gym at odd hours too, so I feel you there. You don't need to be tracking everything though. If it feels like too much, just focus on lifting heavy and enjoying the process. The rest will fall into place.

I'm just starting my journey and honestly, this gives me hope. If you can go from 145 to 175 in just two years, maybe I can too! What's your favorite workout split? I'm still figuring mine out.

Nice gains! Just a reminder, though: tracking is key. I use MacroFactor, and it's helped me dial in my nutrition without feeling restricted. You might want to give it a shot if you're not tracking yet.
