**TL;DR:** Thinking about posting progress pics with my boyfriend, but is that too extra?

So i've been lifting for about 2 years and I'm getting ready for my first bikini comp! My boyfriend and I have been making some serious gains together, but I'm wondering if posting our progress pics together is too much? Like, I love sharing the journey, but I don't wanna seem extra or annoying. We just hit a couple PRs (he's at 405 deadlift and I just hit 225 squat) and it feels like a big moment! What do you all think? Should we go for it or keep it separate?

Go for it! Progress pics are all about celebrating hard work and sharing the journey. Plus, it's super motivating to show how you both support each other in reaching your goals. I love seeing couples doing fitness together!

I say go for it! I post my late-night gym selfies all the time with my buddies. It's just fun and shows off the gains. Just make sure you're not blocking any mirrors in the gym 😂.

Honestly, I think sharing your progress pics is a great way to inspire others! It shows that fitness can be a shared journey. Just remember to focus on body positivity and not get too caught up in comparison culture. As long as you both feel confident and proud of your gains, that's what matters most.

Dude, if people think it's annoying, they can just scroll past! If you and your boyfriend are proud of your gains, then show it off. Just don't overload your feed with it. Balance is key. A meal prep post might be cool to add in, too.

Also, if you need ideas for your captions, hit me up! I love coming up with cheesy gym puns 😂. A little humor goes a long way in making fitness relatable!

I don't think it's too much! If you both feel great about ur progress, why not celebrate it together? Just make sure you have some personality in your posts, like funny captions or relatable moments. That makes a huge difference.

Yeah, progress pics are cool! Just make sure you're not doing it for the likes. It should be about the gains, right? Lowkey, my progress has been pretty lit too. Can't wait to show mine soon!

Honestly, posting progress pics is totally normal, especially when you hit PRs like that! But don't forget to mention your nutrition journey too. i just hit my protein goal with some new recipes this week. Share the meals that got you both here!

While I think sharing your journey is fantastic, try not to rely solely on social media validation. Focus on how you feel in your progress and make sure you're both tracking your macros or calories properly. Apps like MyFitnessPal or Cronometer can be super helpful for that!

One last thought! Make sure your posts celebrate both your journeys. Fitness is more than just looking good; it's about health, strength, and feeling good in your skin. If that's what you're showcasing, you can't go wrong.

Progress pics? Not weird at all! Just don't become those couples who only post gym pics. Balance it out with some fun and goofy moments, too. Fitness should be fun, not just a highlight reel

Yup! And I think sharing your journey could motivate others in a similar situation. I found my own progress pics really helped me stay accountable. The bikini comp is super exciting, can't wait to see your updates!
