Okay, so I've been on this weight loss rollercoaster for like ever and finally dropped 30 lbs over the last 4 months! After 4 failed attempts, something just clicked this time, but I can't figure out what it was. Was it finally ditching those late-night snacks or actually meal prepping? Ngl, I'm curious what worked for you guys when you broke through. Any advice or stories? I need inspo!

100% agree with ditching late-night snacks! I mean, who hasn't demolished a tub of ice cream at midnight? 😂 It's all about those small changes. I also push my clients to focus on whole foods. Once you cut out the processed stuff, the results follow.

Facts, man. When I started keto and really focused on my macros, everything changed. The moment I dropped carbs, I saw a difference. I went from 'okay' to 'let's crush this' in weeks. Tracking with an app makes it way easier too.

I mean, you can track macros or eat intuitively, but both need consistency. I've used apps like MacroFactor and honestly, it's dope. Manual logging is cool too, but it's easy to forget stuff. I like seeing everything in one place. Keeps me on my game.

I hear you on meal prepping! As a busy mom, I can't stress enough how important it is to have healthy meals ready. I prep snacks too, so I'm not tempted to grab junk. Plus, involving my kids in the process makes it a family affair, and they learn healthy habits too.

One major thing for me was adjusting my lifting program. I switched to a 5/3/1 scheme that focused on my main lifts and incorporated accessory work strategically. This helped me burn fat while building strength. A solid training program can do wonders alongside your diet.

Congrats on the 30 lbs! For me, the breakthrough came when I started tracking fiber intake more seriously. Increased fiber not only helps with satiety but also keeps your digestion on point. I aim for at least 25-30 grams a day, and it makes a huge difference.

Based! I went plant-based and had a similar experience. Once I prioritized whole grains and legumes, my energy skyrocketed. I also meal-prepped like a boss every Sunday, which kept me from reaching for junk during the week. Just sayin', it's not just about what you eat but how you plan it.
