# Is it normal to feel a bit stagnant after 24 months of progress pics?

**TL;DR:** Feeling a bit stagnant after 2 years of progress pics. Is this common?

I've been lifting for 2 years now and have documented my progress month over month with photos. I'm chasing that bikini competitor look, but I can't help but feel like I'm in a bit of a rut lately. The scale is moving, but my photos are giving me some mixed vibes. Is it common to feel like progress is slowing down after this long? Anyone else feel stuck around this time?
