**TL;DR:** Lost 30 lbs postpartum, but feeling unsure if I'm ready to bulk.

Bro, I just wrapped up a postpartum cut and dropped 30 lbs in 8 months. I got some decent before/after pics but feeling kinda unsure about the results. Anyone else been through this? How do you know when you're done cutting and ready to bulk? What's the game plan?

**Before:** 180 lbs
**After:** 150 lbs

Let me know what y'all think.

It's so great to see how you've dedicated time to your health after your pregnancy. I remember when I was cutting after my kids, I focused on what made me feel strong and healthy. When you feel ready, consider a slight calorie surplus to promote muscle growth. Your body will tell you when it's time to shift gears.

I think it's wonderful you're reflecting on your progress. Everyone's journey is unique, especially postpartum. My advice is to enjoy the process, track how you feel physically and emotionally, not just the numbers. Embrace the strength that comes with motherhood!

That's awesome! I'd recommend tracking your macros if you're not already. It can really help you know when to transition from cutting to bulking. I use MyFitnessPal for that, super easy to log meals.

Congrats on your progress! 30 lbs is no small feat, especially after having a baby. Your body has been through a lot, so give yourself some grace. As for cutting, focus on how you feel and what your body can do, not just the scale

Facts. If you're feeling strong and your lifts are improving, that's a sign to transition! When I cut down for a meet, I always looked at my performance. If I felt weak or tired, it was time to bulk up a bit. Listen to your body.

Bro, you got this! Just don't forget to enjoy some cheat meals every now and then, you deserve it after all that hard work! 😂

Bro, 30 lbs is solid! If you feel good and see gains in the gym, it might be time to bulk. Just keep hitting those lifts hard, ya know?

Ngl, I can't imagine cutting after having a baby! But, you're doing amazing. Just remember to treat yourself too. I like to snack on high-protein foods after workouts to help. Balance is key, ya feel?

That weight loss is impressive, but don't just focus on the scale. Make sure you're hitting your protein goals and tracking your macros, counting everything can show if you need to adjust. I did keto for my cut, but I think just understanding your needs matters most.
