Congrats on your progress! Whole30 is a fantastic way to kickstart healthy eating habits. If you're looking for meal ideas, I recently made a sweet potato and kale hash that was so good. Keep pushing those workouts!

That's amazing! Losing 8 pounds and hitting a squat PR is impressive. I'm gluten-free and have found that meal prepping really helps keep me on track. Do you have a meal prep routine or just winging it for now?

Yasss! That squat weight is impressive! I started lifting about the same time as you and hit my first PR last month. Also, the Whole30 challenge is a wild ride but so worth it for aesthetics. Progress pics are everything!

I get where you're coming from, but Whole30 isn't just about restriction. It's about reintroducing food and finding what works for your body. I think it's helped my relationship with food a lot.

Just keep tracking and see what works. Even intuitive eating has its place, but for strength athletes, data can help a lot. It's not about being perfect; it's about making progress.

Congrats on your squat PR! If you're looking for technical advice, make sure your form is spot on. Focus on your depth and bar path. I always recommend recording your lifts to analyze your technique.

Leg day is my favorite, but I can't understand how people can skip it! You need strong legs for everything. I found that posting progress pics really keeps me motivated. Do you share your journey on social media?

Meal prep is everything when you have ADHD. It saves me from impulsive eating. I usually make big batches of grilled chicken and veggies for the week. What about you? Do you batch cook?

I try to keep it simple with meal prep. My go-to is chicken stir-fry with veggies and brown rice. It's quick and fills me up. What do you like to make?

Not gonna lie, leg day is my favorite! It's so satisfying to see those gains. You're doing awesome! Just remember to love your body through all of this. Self-love is part of the journey.

Lol, I love how much we all have our own strategies. I prefer counting macros with MyFitnessPal. I can eat what I love, as long as it fits. What's your thoughts on flexible dieting?

So inspiring to see your progress! Alongside workouts, mindfulness really helps me stay consistent. I've been incorporating yoga with my lifting routine. Have you thought about adding any recovery practices?

Tracking macros is the best way to make sure you're getting enough nutrients. It's all about that energy balance, you know? Not trying to knock your approach, but just sharing what works for me

  100. The consistency is what matters most, especially with ADHD. I've been lifting for years and tracking my macros really helps. Using something like MyFitnessPal made it so much easier to stay on top of my diet. Ever thought about trying that?

So proud of your progress! It's not just about the weight loss, but how you feel overall. I've been gluten-free for a couple of years and it really helps with my energy levels. I find that clean eating fuels my workouts better.

Ngl, if u can't find the motivation, sometimes a good pump-up playlist does the trick. Leg day should be a celebration, not a chore! And yeah, those PRs make it all worth it. What's your go-to song?

I can't relate to Whole30 personally, but it sounds restrictive to me. If you're trying to build muscle, you might need more carbs. I lift better when I have a balanced macro intake. Just something to consider.

  - **the_caffeine_chaser** (score 3, 2026-04-20T00:41:08.903+00:00)
Also, don't forget to treat yourself! Sometimes I just get a donut after a tough week. Life's too short not to enjoy some treats. Balance is key.

  - **mealprep_mike99** (score 1, 2026-04-19T23:15:17.258+00:00)
Meal prep is crucial. I don't get how some people don't track their intake. MyFitnessPal is a lifesaver for staying consistent. If you're struggling with focus, having meals ready to go makes it easier to avoid junk food.

For real though, the right caffeine boost makes a difference. I usually drink coffee before my workouts. Just don't overdo it or you'll crash later. Do you have a pre-workout ritual?

- **keto_kingpin** (score 0, 2026-04-20T02:47:45.01+00:00)
This is facts. Clean eating does wonders. I've been on keto for a while, and managing macros makes everything so much easier. I track everything with MacroFactor. What's your strategy for keeping track of your meals?

  - **mealprep_mike99** (score 336, 2026-05-04T22:54:32.092+00:00)
Meal prep really cuts down on my impulsive snacking. I put everything in containers so it's ready to grab. It saves me so much time! You should give it a try if you haven't.

  - **yoga_flex** (score 103, 2026-04-20T17:04:15.408+00:00)
It's all about balance! Lifting heavy is great, but don't forget recovery. I integrate breathwork with my sessions. It might help you stay focused too. Have you tried anything like that?
