First off, I just want to say how inspiring your journey is! Balancing college and fitness is tough, especially with kids in the mix too. I usually batch cook healthy meals on Sundays to save time during the week. It's been a lifesaver for me when I'm running around.

Just keep in mind that maintaining weight is often harder than losing it. Consistency is key! I make sure to set small goals, like hitting my step count or sticking to meal plans. It helps me stay motivated.

It's definitely possible to keep the weight off after losing it, but it requires commitment. I find that staying consistent with meal prep and focusing on whole foods really helps. You don't need to eliminate snacks, just make healthier choices. I often swap chips for air-popped popcorn.

Yeah, I heard about MacroFactor too! I tried it for a bit, and the food logging is super straightforward. What do you think about the AI-photo feature? I'm a little skeptical about that one.

This. Don't underestimate the power of cardio. Just a little each day can make a big difference in your energy levels and metabolism.

And yeah, tracking what you eat can be helpful, but don't let it consume you! If you ever feel overwhelmed, consider intuitive eating. It's about finding balance and listening to your body.

Based! You don't need to overthink it with tracking apps. I think finding what works best for your lifestyle is key. Personally, I stick to a basic notebook for logging and it keeps me grounded.

That's amazing progress! As a mom of three, I totally relate to trying to juggle everything. I found that doing family-friendly workouts together helps keep us all active and makes it fun. Maybe you could get friends involved too?

For tracking, I usually use MyFitnessPal, but I heard MacroFactor is pretty solid too. Honestly, whatever keeps you on top of your macros is the best choice! Some people swear by intuitive eating, but I personally need that structure.

Facts! Cardio keeps you in check for maintaining weight. What's your favorite type? I'm a sucker for running, but I also love the stair climber for that extra burn

It's tough when you're a busy student, but the small changes add up! I keep a stash of nuts in my bag for when I'm out and about. It's all about finding what works for you!

100 lbs is no joke! Keep crushing those cardio sessions. Have you tried incorporating HIIT workouts? They're super effective for weight maintenance and don't take much time.

Ngl, those HIIT workouts really are a game changer! I do a 20-minute session twice a week, and it keeps my metabolism fired up. Plus, it feels great knowing I'm efficient with my time!

First off, congrats! A healthy lifestyle can definitely be balanced with school. Just remember to prioritize sleep too! I got wrecked last semester trying to juggle it all and learned the hard way. Keep at it!
